Join Our Team as a Quality Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Manager Trainee. As a member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our plasma centers.

About the Role

This is a 12-month development program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as a Quality Manager Representative. You will work closely with our experienced team members to learn the business and industry, and develop your skills in regulatory compliance, donor suitability, product release, inspection readiness, employee training, continuous improvement, and people development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Provide support to Quality Manager Representatives in their daily operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 85% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
