Responsibilities

The Workplace Investigation Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, providing expert advice to managers on HR-related matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and laws.

This role requires a strong understanding of employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, minimum 4 years of HR experience, and 2 years of workplace investigation experience.

Estimated salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
