Per Diem Physical Therapist at Stamford Health

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our per diem team at Stamford Health. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and a valid license in the state of Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement evaluation and treatment programs for patients of varied ages and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Meet the qualifications for a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with a valid license in the state of Connecticut.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with a valid license in the state of Connecticut.
  • BLS certification required.
