Academic Dermatologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified academic dermatologist to join our thriving division of dermatology and dermatologic surgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

This is a full-time Clinical Scholar Pathway appointment at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, with responsibility for the clinical practice of dermatology and teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching of undergraduate medical students and dermatology residents
  • Clinical responsibilities include outpatient care and a robust consultation services
  • Service on department, college, and university committees
  • Advising undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Developing teaching programs and didactic teaching of dermatology residents
  • Other scholarly duties including clinical research studies

Requirements:

  • BC/BE for dermatology within one year
  • Expertise in educational program development will be considered
