Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, and resident relations.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance calls, generate work orders, and manage inventory and supplies.
  • Process new resident applications, including background checks and file maintenance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as calendar management, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
  • Manage petty cash accounts, accounts payable and receivable, credit card reconciliations, and bank deposits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in on-site property management.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of building structures and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
