- Process new resident applications, including background checks and file maintenance.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as calendar management, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage petty cash accounts, accounts payable and receivable, credit card reconciliations, and bank deposits.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in on-site property management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of building structures and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
