Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ernest Health, working night shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Delegate and supervise nursing care to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care and improve health outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from an approved vendor.
  • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The wage range for this role is $41.00 to $60.21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
