About the Role:As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will provide direct patient care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient care assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient progress.
- Provide primary responsibility for patient care, supervising the care team and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Active California RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS Healthcare Provider Certifications through American Heart Association.
- At least one year of experience in adult emergency services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English.
- Experience in a trauma center ER.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- CEN - Certified Emergency Nursing.
