Data Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Diverse Lynx LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex cloud-based solutions using AWS and Snowflake.
  • Oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of cloud-based systems through continuous monitoring and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into architectural designs as appropriate.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of development processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, maintaining a high level of data integrity and security.


Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in architecture and design, with a strong focus on AWS and Snowflake.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance cloud-based solutions.
  • Have a deep understanding of data security, reliability, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and support development teams.
  • Show proficiency in gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Be skilled in developing and maintaining architectural documentation, including diagrams and standards.
  • Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Be adept at identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into architectural designs as appropriate.
