We are seeking an experienced Montessori educator to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of children aged 0-3 years.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a nurturing environment that fosters independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning. You will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, leading classes, and providing individualized support to each child.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
