Liberty Pointe Rehab and Healthcare is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for both Full Time and Part Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a pay rate of up to $42 per hour and a $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time positions. Part Time hires will receive a $750 SIGN ON BONUS.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Liberty Pointe, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional post-acute rehabilitation services. We value our LPNs and their contributions to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and document medications and treatments.
- Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Provide support and health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
