Job Summary:
The Chapter President serves as the chief executive of the ABC Texas Gulf Coast Chapter, responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision of the organization. This role requires strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving membership growth and retention, financial management, and team leadership and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive strategic plan that aligns with the chapter's mission and objectives.
- Membership Growth and Retention: Drive membership growth and retention by delivering a compelling value proposition.
- Financial Management: Maintain overall fiscal control of the chapter's finances.
- Team Leadership and Administration: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of leadership, management, and decision-making experience at the executive level, preferably in association management or the construction industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, the merit shop philosophy, and issues affecting the industry.
