About the Role

Aftermath Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Biohazard Remediation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional and compassionate services to families, communities, and businesses after traumatic events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively assist our team in various biohazard remediation projects to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
  • XActimate experience
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
