Environmental Services Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities team as an Environmental Services Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our schools.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and students. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in maintenance or custodial work is an asset.
Job Summary: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of classrooms, hallways, and common areas; clean and disinfect restrooms, drinking fountains, and other high-touch areas; operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively; assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks; monitor and report any damage, vandalism, or safety hazards to the Lead Custodian; and collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth and safe learning environment.
Compensation: $42,000 - $58,000 per year.
