The Accounting Admin role at E.R. Snell Contractor involves performing a range of general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial support functions to ensure the company's daily accounting operations run accurately and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain various financial records, schedules, and reconciliations.
  • Work with the accounting team on A/P, A/R, and other financial tasks.
  • Order and cancel fuel cards, set up new vehicles and machines in Viewpoint, and manage Peach pass ordering.
  • Visit the tag office and process daily cash receipts.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles, and excellent communication skills. They will work well with operations and finance in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively execute duties and responsibilities.
