Culinary Artist Wanted

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our guests.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as flexible scheduling to accommodate school, life, and family.

As a Cook at Rock Bottom, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using different methods of preparation and tools/equipment.
• Ensuring the highest quality food by adhering to our recipe procedures.
• Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with Managers and Team Members.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment, including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
