We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eFulfillment Center Partner II to join our team at H-E-B. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and bag full or partial customer orders for shipment in an organized, clean, and accurate manner.
  • Check products for out-of-date or damaged items to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Properly load carts into delivery vehicles in a clean, accurate, and damage-free manner.
  • Perform work tasks in a safe manner, in accordance with work instructions, and proactively address or improve safety issues within the facility.
  • Complete work assignments in a timely manner, using time efficiently and productively to support facility goals for on-time deliveries.
  • Ensure that work performed meets individual productivity goals, team productivity goals, and/or facility productivity goals.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and company regulations/standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Accurately complete assignments and resolve issues related to accuracy.
  • Communicate below-standard warehouse, cooler, and/or freezer conditions to management.
  • May work with automation within the facility.
Requirements
  • Minimum age 18 (mandatory)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Reading, writing, math, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment and positively promote change
  • Ability to learn and understand H-E-B in-house systems
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
Physical Demands
  • Push cart to select product from shelves or other designated area
  • Lift, stand, walk, squat for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Safely and independently operate loading jack/forklift
  • Work extended shifts and fluctuating hours/days based on business needs, including weekends, nights, and holidays
