Our company is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and at least 5 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney.

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax issues, financing, and real estate transactions. You will also assist with tax planning and structuring for transactions, operations, and investments, and provide legal advice in relation to the development, acquisition, and divestiture of properties.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $180,000 per year, and we also offer medical benefits.
