Job Summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide private duty care for a medically fragile child in Rossville, 30741. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that enables our clients to thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to family members to promote patient self-management
  • Communicate effectively with the patient, family, and healthcare team to address concerns and changes in patient condition
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
  • Reliable transportation
