About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our team at EverLine Coatings of Southeastern MA & Cape Cod. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing our clients' pavement assets by executing various projects across Southeastern MA and Cape Cod.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform line painting, pothole repair, seal coating, and other pavement maintenance tasks using specialized equipment.
  • Assist in loading/unloading materials and tools as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure project quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
  • Occasionally, availability for work during evenings and weekends may be necessary to accommodate project demands.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid MA driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and in physically demanding conditions.
  • Previous experience with small engines or paint sprayers is advantageous but not required.
