Electrical Maintenance Technician Position in Osceola AR

Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client to fill an Electrical Maintenance Technician role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment in the production facility.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on complex electrical equipment such as PLCs, control circuits, communication systems, I/O field devices, and VFD drives/motors.
- Install or modify electrical equipment following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, and other specifications with minimal instruction after general assignment.
- Work directly with all maintenance and operations personnel in a fast-paced environment to develop a safety-focused and productive team.
- At least 4 years US Military experience required.
- 3+ years experience as an industrial electrician.
- Basic PLC programming experience required (Siemens preferred).
- EMN, EM, ETs/Electronics Technicians (Electrical degree/training preferred).
- Previous experience with NFPA 70E practices.
- Familiar with common electrical tools and measuring instruments.
- Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Strong working knowledge of 480 volt 3 phase electrical distribution systems and motor control.
The compensation package includes $27.00/hour and a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. The position is based in Osceola AR, and the client job ID is 510627583.
