Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices, technologies, and research findings to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
