Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify patient identification and physician orders to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Provide clear and concise procedural information to patients and families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Acquire and document patient histories, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Perform high-quality CT exams, adhering to regulations and ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on CT imaging.
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
