About the Position

This is a full-time faculty position in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. The successful candidate will be engaged in clinical, research, teaching, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in departmental academic and educational activities, including morning teaching conferences, morbidity and mortality conference, weekly new patient conference, and departmental and cancer center retreats.
  • Teach medical students, residents, and fellows, and give at least one department grand rounds yearly and lecture residents twice during the year.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental and cancer center policies and procedures.
  • Engage in quality improvement activities and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
  • Board eligibility/certification in Radiation Oncology.
  • License to practice medicine in the state of Florida (Florida Medical License or University Medical Faculty Certificate).
