Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine operational objectives by understanding the business function, scope of the product or request, required changes, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
  2. Conduct impact analysis and define and quantify the impact of requests or changes on business metrics.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting PAS platforms, such as Duck Creek or Guidewire.
  4. Construct business process flow diagrams, study system capabilities, write specifications, and prepare technical reports.
  5. Develop a communication plan and continuously monitor and adapt it to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project success.

The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
