Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and psychosocial support to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Facilitate mobility for clients, including walking and transferring, while using appropriate assistive devices.
- Support clients with toileting and incontinence care.
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure adherence to prescribed diets.
- Help clients manage their medications, including reminders and prompts.
- Provide light housekeeping and homemaking services as needed.
- Document and report on client status and care provided.
Qualifications:
- A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing is required.
- A High School Diploma or GED is necessary for this role.
