Lube Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our guests' vehicles by performing preventative maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other preventative maintenance services on vehicles
• Provide top-tier customer service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
