About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. As an integral member of our clinical staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with other clinicians.
  • Design and implement evidence-based communication interventions, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, to support client communication.
  • Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, mental health professionals, and behavioral analysts to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate effectively with team members and families.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech pathology.
  • Preferrably 3+ years of experience as a speech language pathologist, but open to new graduates who demonstrate potential.
  • Experience with AAC or willingness to learn from our experienced clinical teams.
  • Ability to connect and engage with young children.
