- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician-ordered treatment plans and individual client care plans.
- Observe, record, and report client reactions to treatment and any changes in condition to appropriate personnel and/or physicians.
- Provide ongoing instruction and supervision to clients, families, or other healthcare team members in treatment plans.
- Monitor and record client conditions and document provided care services via electronic charting.
