Job Summary
As a skilled Maintenance Technician at Path Engineering, you will be responsible for the upkeep and general maintenance of mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic/vacuum, hydraulic, and facility equipment/systems. This includes both reactive and preventative maintenance programs. You will perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, repair, rebuild, inspect, calibrate, install, set up, and maintain facilities/utilities equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Respond to equipment malfunctions and perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Inspect and maintain facilities and utilities equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Enter daily readings into a computer system and generate reports as required.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required. Two-to-Four-year Technical Degree preferred.
- Three to Five years of experience working with facility and utilities equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Experience with Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and knowledge of building automation controls & programming preferred.
