Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to individuals with behavioral health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with recent experience within the last 3 months.
- Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age group.
- Ability to float to other units and take charge RN shifts.
- Will consider first-time travelers.
- Driver's license or candidates' address (35 miles or less).
- CPI - offered onsite.
- Vermont license.
