TSC Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Trainer to join our team. As a Telecom Trainer, you will be responsible for providing industry-leading training to our construction crews, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for telecom construction crews
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions
- Inspect crews working on job sites to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust training programs and improve leading/lagging indicators
- Verify and document compliance with safe work practices and training requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a trainer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of telecommunication site builds and maintenance work
- Ability to work with little supervision and meet deadlines consistently
