Vision Achievement is in search of a Product Innovation Engineer to join our team in a Direct Hire capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for new designs, including 3D models, schematics, bills of materials, and technical content for marketing materials and product guides.
  • Transform client specifications into innovative product designs.
  • Engage in activities related to new product innovation.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing to transition new product designs into operational production.
  • Evaluate existing processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness, then propose new methodologies for the organization.
  • Assist sales and technical support teams by providing answers to technical inquiries regarding new products.
  • Utilize hand tools and basic power tools, along with instruments necessary for conducting laboratory tests.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
  • Prior experience as a Product Innovation Engineer is essential.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing sector is required.
  • Hands-on experience in creating parts and assemblies is necessary.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD and Solid Edge is expected.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (VBA, Python, Java, etc.); VBA is preferred.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP Software is advantageous.
