We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Resort Mixologist to join our team at T.E.A.M. as a key member of our hospitality staff.

About the Role

• As a Resort Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch service to our discerning guests.
• You will work closely with our culinary team to develop innovative drink menus and ensure seamless execution of our beverage programs.
• With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will engage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor your service to meet their needs.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain an extensive selection of premium spirits, wines, and beers.
• Mix and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, using fresh ingredients and creative techniques.
• Develop and implement drink menus that showcase our resort's unique character and appeal to a diverse range of tastes.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Work collaboratively with our events team to create customized drink packages for special occasions and events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-end bar or restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, with a passion for mixology and cocktail creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and guests.
