Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team at Oly Tumwater Dental Care. As a leader in our practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing a team of dental professionals, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorations
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health issues, including gum disease, cavities, and oral infections
  • Manage a team of dental hygienists, assistants, and other support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Washington
  • Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures and techniques, including restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and periodontics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other dental professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
