About Us
BHAs educational organization offers an academic learning environment integrated with behavioral support services. We are seeking a Youth Career Transition Coordinator to facilitate the transition process for students returning to their home school districts.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with school district policies and procedures.
  • Conduct initial assessments of students' academic situations.
  • Oversee data input and tracking using a database.
  • Develop transitional plans for students returning to the school district.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
  • Experience working with middle or high school youth, preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of community resources, preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
