Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coach the team in Scrum practices and Agile principles to improve overall performance.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that block the team's progress.
- Promote collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and refining user stories.
- Ensure process compliance and continually improve processes.
- Monitor progress and track team performance.
Requirements:
- BS degree in engineering or related field with 5 years of experience or 9+ years of DoD program management experience in lieu of BS degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Ability to gather, evaluate, and interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate Scrum events and report findings to stakeholders.
- Experience working with diverse teams, including external partners, to meet program goals.
- Deep understanding of Agile practices and Scrum framework.
- Ability to understand team dynamics and foster a supportive and productive environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using project management tools such as Team Share, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with military rank, protocol, and culture.
- Experience with configuration and data management.
- Experience with GitLab.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- TS/SCI clearance.
