Lead Clinical Team with Compassion and Expertise

At Shady Grove Fertility, we're seeking an experienced RN Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of building families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize Clinical Services to optimize staff efficiency and skills utilization
  • Set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivate them to achieve success
  • Coordinate patient services by monitoring flow and program operations
  • Assist with staff training and orientation
  • Administer performance evaluations and address day-to-day clinical issues
  • Provide coverage and workload monitoring for primary nurses
  • Handle patient complaints and issues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of fertility experience
  • Valid DC RN License or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management
  • Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, and computer software
