We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our store. As a Part Time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service in a fun and professional store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Drive sales and ensure goals are being reached through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Maintain store appearance by adhering to company visual standards, including merchandising and display
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Provide an exceptional store experience for customers, including answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues
  • Lift and move furniture, as needed, to facilitate sales and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Must be able to follow direction and present yourself in a professional manner
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+lbs on average on a daily basis
  • 1-2 years of retail and sales experience and basic math skills are required
  • Weekend availability is a must, with a flexible schedule
  • Computer literacy is a must, with experience in social media, styling merchandise for photos, taking and editing photographs a plus
