About Visionworks

We're a leading provider of eye care services, and we're looking for charismatic individuals to join our team as Optometric Assistants. As a key member of our exam practice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every patient has a positive and memorable experience.

The Role

As an Optometric Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with our doctors and other team members to deliver top-notch eye care services. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and conducting preliminary testing
  • Introducing patients to our doctors and providing them with essential information
  • Transitioning patients from the doctor to our sales floor, educating and recommending products and services that meet their eye care needs
  • Executing day-to-day operational activities to support our exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
