Roofing Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Koda Roofing & Construction. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for locating new sales opportunities, establishing good rapport with our customer base, and providing quality project management services.

Responsibilities:

• Locating new sales opportunities
• Establishing good rapport with customer base
• Continual and supportive communication with customers and staff members
• Provide quality project management services
• Follow OSHA safety procedures

Requirements:

• A motivated, self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, and professional
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a solid track record of successful sales results
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop client relationships with a wide variety of people
• Comfortable working at heights on residential roofs (e.g. 1 to 3 story homes)
• Ability to physically lift heavy material and equipment (e.g. shingles and ladders)
• Vehicle able to transport a ladder and other roofing equipment
• Basic computer skills
• A valid driver's license

Pay Structure:

Commission begins at 10% of total sales and increases based on experience level; no commission cap. Monthly sales bonus structure.
