Position Overview: Personal Lines Client Service Advisor

We are seeking a qualified Personal Lines Client Service Advisor (CSA) to enhance our client relations. The CSA is instrumental in building strong connections with clients and addressing their insurance needs through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. A Pennsylvania Resident Producer insurance license is required, and we will cover all associated licensing and continuing education expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client service inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Identify coverage gaps and potential growth opportunities within client accounts.
  • Exhibit proficiency in personal property and casualty insurance products.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and records in accordance with agency standards.
  • Represent Franconia Insurance & Financial Services positively in all professional interactions.

Working Hours:

Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, including designated lunch breaks.

We provide a comfortable lunchroom and have various dining options nearby. Our workstations are equipped with modern technology, including computers with multiple monitors and ergonomic seating. We prioritize a paperless workflow and utilize advanced management systems and software tools, with training provided as necessary.

The dress code is business casual.
