Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Southern Tier Community Health Center Network, Inc dba Universal Primary Care. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatric patients
  • Conduct routine check-ups, physical exams, and health screenings
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including infectious diseases, mental health conditions, and substance abuse disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in family medicine
Requirements
