Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Foreman to join our team at Hopkins | Lacy. As a key member of our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Division, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our craft teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of craft teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and implement effective plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with project leaders and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and Branch approved driver status.
