Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Radiology Support Specialist to join our team at Ashe Memorial Hospital. As a Radiology Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of our laboratory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone and customer service skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A background in medical terminology is preferred but not required.

About the Role:

  • Courteously answer phone calls, screen visitors, and direct patients to appropriate personnel.
  • Print daily schedules, review orders, and assist patients to/from the waiting room.
  • Push images through PowerShare, complete CryptoChart requests, and burn CDs as needed.
  • Organize tasks, complete written communication accurately, and maintain confidentiality of medical information.

About You:

  • You have excellent phone and customer service skills.
  • You are able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized.

Salary Information:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year
