Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with timely task completion at a high level of excellence
  • Interact with Lead Electricians, Foremen, and office team members
  • Be presentable and professional in client-facing situations
Requirements
  • Enjoy serving others and educating others
  • Run jobs up to 1200 hours
  • Layout, schedule, and organize material to keep jobs moving
  • Effective communicator with strong coaching and development skills
  • Track progress and assign work accordingly
  • Have experience using technology to coordinate scheduling
  • Keep safety as top priority
  • Possess tools relevant for trade and skill level
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in the electrical field
  • 1 or more years of experience as a leader in the field
  • Love bringing innovative solutions to light
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-up
  • Ask great questions and take initiative to grow
