Job Overview

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing Speech Language Pathology services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve students' communication skills, including articulation, language, and fluency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and required documentation.
  • IEP Meetings and Goal Setting: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to goal setting and progress assessment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to Speech Language Pathology services in a school setting.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist certified in the state of New Mexico.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in Speech Language Pathology, preferably in a school setting.
