Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the activities of employees involved in the production or processing of goods, including inspectors, machine operators, and fabricators.
  • Collaborate with fellow supervisors to synchronize operations and activities across departments.
  • Implement 5S principles to enhance workplace efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to achieve production targets.
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to identify defects or malfunctions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and initiate training programs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in 5S and ISO standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
  • Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production-related software.
