Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in a resource classroom setting. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week with students in grades K-8.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide specialized instruction, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with general education teachers and paraprofessionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized instruction and academic support to students in grades K-8.
  • Work closely with students to create and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues to ensure seamless student support.
Qualifications:
  • North Carolina teaching license in Special Education.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
