Audiology Specialist

Our audiology department is a key part of our outpatient services, offering a range of specialized care for patients of all ages. Our team of licensed audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and support staff work together to provide comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and other services.

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, analyzing results, and providing fact-based recommendations. They will also be responsible for hearing aid fittings, earmold impressions, and other duties as required.

• Establish rapport with patients and family members
• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations, including Visual Response Audiometry (VRA) and Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA)
• Analyze results and provide fact-based recommendations
• Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR)
• Otoacoustic emissions (OAE)
• Videonystagmography (VNG)
• Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CDP)
• Earmold impressions
• Hearing aid fittings and be familiar with all primary manufacturers
• Perform follow-up validation/verification services
• Perform documentation and billing responsibilities in a timely manner

• Eligible for state license in California as a dispensing audiologist
• Minimum of one year experience (including fourth year placement)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Spanish and/or American Sign Language (ASL) skills are a plus

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b). The pay range for this position is $4,160- $4,642.40 per pay period.
