We are currently looking for a skilled Junior Risk Analyst to become a vital member of our Risk Management division. This position offers flexibility in work arrangements, allowing for both on-site and hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the company's comprehensive risk reporting processes, delivering clear and insightful analyses of shifts in the organization's risk landscape from various perspectives.
- Take a proactive role in enhancing stress testing methodologies and reporting frameworks in accordance with the established risk appetite guidelines.
- Assist in the development and evaluation of innovative strategies to improve analytical and forecasting capabilities related to risk management.
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and actuarial teams on cross-departmental projects and special initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships within the risk management team and with stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
- FSA designation with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the life insurance and annuities sector.
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in risk management, capital management, asset liability management, or valuation is preferred.
- Familiarity with various life insurance, annuity, or reinsurance products.
- Understanding of regulatory, accounting, and economic frameworks.
